You can also head out of Lynmouth along the coastal road, up Countisbury Hill & into Sommerset enjoying the stunning views & famous wild Exmoor Ponies along the way. There are working market towns, pretty harbours and ‘chocolate box’ villages such as; Exford, Blue Anchor, Kilve, with welcoming pubs and other attractions. Others, like Dulverton, Watchet , Porlock & Williton are thriving small towns providing all the day-to-day needs of the surrounding villages and hamlets with butchers, bakers, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants which locals and visitors alike enjoy.
Some areas like the Quantocks and Brendon Hills are close by to some villages and offer that extra attraction to visit for that perfect day out !
